ORIENTATION SEMESTER 1 2025 - 3-14 February 2025 
All student card services will operate from our Student Card Pop-up from 3-14 February 2025. This includes new cards, replacement cards and expiry extensions. 

Location: Marie Reay Teaching Centre (Ground floor, Building 155) 
Opening hours: 10am-4pm, see the
What to bring: 
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g. driver's license, passport) 
- Your old card (if damaged or expired). 

You must enrol in all courses for the current study period before collecting your student card. More information on the Student Cards webpage.

Operating hours: 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Closed public holidays.

We are located in Kambri, opposite the Kambri lawn. 
Wait times: We aim to keep wait times under 15 minutes. During peak periods, you may experience longer wait times of 30-60 minutes or more.
 

Student cards 

3-14 February 2025 (Orientation)

From 17 February 2025 (Week 1 onwards)

  • Location: Student Central Annexure (Shop 14, Building 154, Kambri)

Response times: We aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 business days. Please be aware that during peak periods our response can take 7+ business days.
