Disclosure log

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, ANU is required to publish a disclosure log on its website. The disclosure log lists documents which have been released in response to FOI access requests in accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act. For documents released from 1 January 2021, the disclosure log will contain the documents released under FOI. For access to documents released prior to 1 January 2021, please send an email to foi@anu.edu.au.

Agencies are required to publish details of documents released under the FOI Act within ten working days of an applicant being given access to the documents.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to documents released under the FOI Act containing personal or business information that ANU considers would be unreasonable to publish.

  1. The Precinct Deed, or other agreement however described, between the ANU and the ACT Government, signed on or about 21 December 2004 relating to the development of the Marcus Clarke/Barry Drive area in Civic.
  2. Any communication between the ANU and the ACT Government relating to the Precinct Deed.
  3. Minutes from the Precinct Committee, activated through the Precinct Deed noted above, that relate to the proposed or agreed mechanisms for addressing the needs for any community facilities within the proposed development, including relocation of existing occupants.
  4. The development application in relation to Section 21 of Civic, including the mechanisms for addressing the needs for any community facilities within the proposed development, including relocation of existing occupants.
  5. Any communication between the ANU and the ACT Government relating to the development application and community facilities within Section 21 of Civic.
  6. Any document that sets out the ANU's relationship with or commitments in relation to organisations that formerly occupied ROCKS community facilities.
